2004 Chevy Impala Hard start

Engine is hard to start have to pump gas to start, never had to before. Once started it runs perfect but shut off hard start occurrs again warm or cold.

hi, I'd have to start with the basics, go from there. Use a fuel pressure gage and check proper fuel pressure. Some of the name brand autostores used to loan out a fuel pressure gage, if you don't have one. You can call them and ask?
