2003 Chevy Impala Engine Size unknown Front Wheel Drive Automatic 70000 miles

My car has a loud ticking noise coming from the engine area. I recently had the oil changed and flushed. The noise started after the flushing.

You probably have worn out lifters. They should be replaced as a complete set.
