2003 Chevy Impala speedometer

When accelerating 65 on the highway the speedometer will jump up to 100 and back down to 20 then back up to the speed that you are going. on a one hour drive it will do it maybe 25 times. Already have changed the speed sensor and it continues to do it

Suspect a bad cluster
need a scan tool

check for and IP codes


select data take it for road test watch the speed on the scanner and if it does not do it at the scanner for sure its the cluster
