I had my oil changed about three weeks ago. My car started acting funny about a week and a half ago, I looked under my hood and they hadn't put the air filter back on. I have that fixed, then yesterday, the day after that is fixed my catyllic converter is almost completly stopped up. So my question is would the air filter not being on have anything to do with the converter stopping up?
