2003 Chevy Impala electrical question

my car has lights that automaticaly turn on when i strt it, but now they turn on and start to flicker on and off. i can hear what sounds like a relay clicking on and off, and also the battery light cmes on once in a while

I'm familiar with a technical service bulletin for your vehicle that relates to this specific problem. However, I'm unable to locate it at this time.

My suggestion is to take it to a neighborhood parts store and ask them to look up any T.S.B.'s regarding this issue. I'm sure they'll do it for free.

There is a computer control module that controls your day time running lights, as well as many of your other accessories. This module is notorious for failure.
