My 2003 chevy sprung a leak.....Under the passenger side dashboard....I could see the water dripping from the bottom of the dash to the passenger side floor. On a rainy day from the drip origination to under the bottom of the passenger side seat was completely soaked....this started about a month and 1/2 ago.... You could see the standing water accumulate in the passenger side fromt floor...

Now today with just little rain and no leak at all to be seen....The car wont start at alll.... the electrical system is going crazy the message center is displaying every message possible...WHen i push the power windows button the lights the interior lights and anything digital blinks off and on.....

ANy suggestion on how to correct this issue....or how much it would cost to get repaired?
