2003 Chevy Impala Bled brakes, repeatedly, but still soft.

Hi there,
I replaced the brakes on my impala, and have bled them, but pedal is still going to the floor. Repeated the bleeding process a few times, but still not working right. Pedal goes almost to the floor before the brakes grab...they work fine then, but not soon enough.
Any thoughts?

Did you replace any hydraulic parts? Calipers? Master? Then if not you should not bleed the brakes! It needs to be hooked up to the GM scantool, and commanded to bleed!
