The windshield wipers on my Impala are in the up position when they are off. They work fine otherwise just that they don't reset in the correct down position. What is the problem with it? How do I fix it?
Thanks

You can eliminate the switch by turning on the key to run, not start. Turn the switch for the wipers to on and then disconnect the harness to the switch. If they return to the normal park position you need a switch. If it doesn't, There is a procedure that you can continue going through, but in my experience it is almost always the wiper control module. Napa sells them with the motor.
