2002 Chevy Impala Windshield washer

Wipers run normally both in the wiper mode and the washer mode. However the washers themselves will not come on. I removed the washer pump and tested it, it runs normally when wired direct to the battery.

Check to see if you are getting signal/voltage to the washer pump when switch is pressed to spray fluid.

I tested the voltage at the pump. 12 volts, but not continuous. It seems to come and go. Ground tested good.
