2002 Chevy Impala Sliding

I have an 02 Impala that is drifting to the right when I drive around a left hand corner that is rough. It also slides to the right when driving down a rough, straight road. The rear passenger tire has wear on the outside but not all the way around. What is causing this?

When was the last time you had the front end check and aligned

I had the front end checked and aligned last month. This is happening on the rear of the car.

Did you check and see if there is any broken parts in the rear. Maybe a bad belt in a tire

I recently replaced the tire and wheel. I am still having the same problem.
