2002 Chevy Impala Low oil level light

2002 Chevy Impala 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

The low oil level light kept coming on. Replaced the sensor and the oil is at its proper level. The low oil level light is still coming on. How do I solve this problem?

check the wiring and see if it is shorting out anywhere. also take a look at the connector and see if it is making good contact with the sensor.
