2002 Chevy Impala Just want a estimated cost for repairs

I was just told the valve cover gasket, oil pan, and converter needs replacing on my 2002 Impala. Would you give me a estimate, including hours of labor?

Below is an estimate for replacing your vehicle's oil pan & gasket, valve cover gasket and catalytic converter. These estimates are for the 3.4L engine size. The 3.8L engine size estimate will be similar. Labor hourly rate is at $70 per hour.
