I have to remove the driverside door panel. I have already taken all the screws out that I can find, but have not been able to break the panel away from the door. I need to fix the window. I did give a $10.00 donation

Since you dont have a trim panel tool, find a wide, thin, flat balde and get it between the panel and door and pop th epanel off. This will take a little more than you expect to get off.Once one or two are off on bottom, look under to help pry the rest. Pry right next to the fastener so to not damage the panel.
