2002 Chevy Impala 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

dp you have to tourqe the nut for the axle when replaceing them? if not what can happen

It should be torque to 118 FT LB

he didnt torque it..befor i replaced them i had popping and creackin..it went away but back again at 341 miles of new axles.

It may ruin the bearing if was not torque to the spec
have it checked
