I have a 2001 Chevy Impala with 230,000 miles on it. Every so often it will not start. If you disconnect the battery and reconnect it it starts. We thought the pass lock theft system was going bad so we had a new ignition switch put in but it still will not start. And now the power door locks will not work with the switch or the key fob. When the car will not start, the interrior lights don't work either. Any suggestions?
Thanks.

BMRFIXIT,
The radio and windows are still working. I've never tried to turn them on when the car acts up. I'll take your advise and have the bcm checked. Thanks :)
