2001 Chevy Impala wiper blades

when I shut the wipers off the stop position is strait up.
Do you have any suggestions of what the problem is ?.

there is a part (not sure what it is called) mounted on the wiper motor. call your dealer and they can tell you what it is called. i would suggest having them install it, they can be tricky unless you know what you are doing.
