2001 Chevy Impala not starting

battery has been changed. But once and a while the car doesn't want to start. turn signals work once and a while. At the time it doesn't want to start nothing works. No light on instrument panel no buzzer nothing. So what can cause this? Thank you.

Welcome to the forum, when the problem occurs, I'd have to check the feed to and from the ignition switch.
