I cant figure out what the problem may be with my heat. I drive a lot of highway miles, and this example always happens. After initial warm up (3-4 miles) my vehicle levels to a normal temperature. The heat blows fine as long as I am on the gas. After 120 miles on the expressway, as soon as I get off and have to slow down, the thermometer will fluctuate. It goes to about 3/4 until the thermostat opens and it drops back down to normal. The defroster will begin blowing cold air at this point. The engine heat will continue to fluctuate every time I let off the gas a little. Any ideas on why my car would be doing this, even after 120 miles of consistent highway driving?
