I made a mistake and jumped my vehicle with reverse polarity. Now I got a new batt new alternator. My car dies completely out about every two days even after new batterys. Do you think I need a new computer. Was it blown out?

V6 maybe?
I'm more inclined to think you got a bad alternater. Check it's output. One of the more common "bad right off the shelf" parts. Starters are in the same catagory.

I just dealt with that on mine.
