2001 Chevy Impala air bag warning light

The air bag warning light on the istrument panel has come on and I would like to know what causes this and how to repair same.

Hi:
Chances are the light is on due to a sensor malfunction. You need to have the computer scanned to determine what the actual cause is. Most nationally recognized parts stores will do it for free.
