For any car this i t'sa fair distance covered, but what you need to know is if the car was maintained correctly, if the serviced were neglected problems can occur , but as the old saying goes, look after the small things and the big things will look after them selfs, basically any car well maintained should not cause any problems with out warning., if you have any doubts and you are thinking of buying this car, get a mechanic to do a test and report for you, it may be the best insurance you can have.
