Did you check and see if you have fuel pressure, spark. Is the security light blinking when you are not cranking the engine

I believe having spark or fuel pressure has nothing to do with the starter turning over the motor. Again the starter does not turn over the motor, but does have power and turns but does not engage the motor

Is the engine (such as the belt and alternator) turning at all. If not, then you either need a starter or a flywheel. Remove the starter and look at the flywheel teeth and see if they are broken or not.
