2000 Chevy Impala Window motor/starting

Replace my left window motor, but did not work.
Power is going to the motor but it only clicks in the down position. Now the vehicle will not start and makes a nosie through the speakers. There is not any power for lights or anything. The battery seems to check out just fine. Nothing works in the care.

Have you load tested the battery? Have you checked the grounds to the engine block, body grounds, and are the battery terminals clean and tight?
