Whn I turn the singlr light on it does not flash. It makes a buzzing noise fron under the dash as if there is a relay there. It makes the same niose when the emergency flashers are on. The light come on but do not flash

you need a flasher fuse. should be right under the dash by the steering column if not in the fuse box.
