Electrical problem
2000 Chevy Impala 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 75K miles

The blower switch does not come on immediately, it may takes 5 to 10 seconds, then turns on or I rotate the switch to max and then everything is normal. I noticed the info center blacked out, but when the blower switch starts working the info center is enabled, same thing with the cruise control, however the cruise will not work sometimes ever though the blower switch is working. I shut the car on/off and the cruise works again. When the blower switch does not work, the indicator lights on the heater/ac panel (small yellow) are off. This problem is 1 month old.
Note: once everything resets the car will run normally for the length of the trip. It is dominent when initially starting the car.
Please advise,

Welcome, I'd check the ac/cruise fuse when the problem is ongoing, use a testlite, that fuse circuit goes hot when you turn on the key.
