Hello, check the basics, have helper crank it, while you check for spark at the plugs. Also use a gage and check fuel pressure. Any codes?

No codes, do you think it might be fuel filter or fuel pump, because it does turn on eventually and stays on. It's just getting it to turn on that's the problem

Does anyone know if I am able to remove bracket from current fuel filter so I don't have to spend extra $10 buying suel filter with bracket?

The bracket comes with the filter. The partsbook I looked at, showed it that way. I have seen autostores take assemblies apart, so they could sell the individual pieces. I don't think they should tamper with a package. Just my opinion.
