1996 Chevrolet Impala SS Power Antenna

My 1996 Chevrolet Impala SS Power Antenna goes up and down when car is off. I think it is possessed. Maybe it will turn into one of those cool Transformer cars or something.

Can anyone help me?

But I wouldn't count on it. Access the antennea and see if the power is there constantly. It's probably in the antennea itself. In the past we have put it in the up position and disconnected the power to it at the connector, as they are pretty pricey.
