I HAVE A 1995 CHEVY IMPALA AND THE SECONDARY FAN WILL NOT COME ON. I HAVE CHECKED THE RELAYS, COOLANT TEMP SENSOR, CHECKED POWER AT RELAY BOX, CHANGED RADIATOR, FAN MOTOR IS GOOD. WHY WON'T THIS 2 ND FAN WORK?? THANKS BENNY

Is your engine running too hot??? And how did you check that the actual fan is good??? When you changed your radiator, did you make sure you properly grounded the wires???

If you allow your engine to run at idle until your thermostat opens, the fan should kick on. If you've eliminated all of the possible causes you've described, then it's possible the computer isn't telling it to turn on.
(The computer is what grounds the wire to the fan relay, which then turns on the fan)
