Engine Mechanical problem
1985 Chevy Impala V8 Automatic
I have a 1985 Chevy Impala and out of the blue it started idling high. When you try to turn the car off it spits and sputters, but continues to run. Sometimes if you gun the engine it and attempt to turn it off it will actually turn off , no problem. I have checked all the hoses and cleaned the carburator; what else could be causing this?
