1977 Chevy Impala blower motor cut out relay

I need to locate my blower motor cut out relay. My heater only comes on when it wants to, I have replaced the blower motor, the blower resistor, and the blower relay, the only thing left that I know of is the blower motor cut out relay, but I can't find it. Can you help please?

i would also check the Blower/Heater Switch this is what the relay looks like but I can't find exactly were it is it looks like it may be on heater housing in car
