1963 Chevy Impala new, leaking tranny

Transmission problem
1963 Chevy Impala V8 Automatic 72.000 miles

i put a new tranny into my 63 impala in july 2007, i ran the car about 2 months b4 something went wrong with the electrical and it stoped running. well i got the electrical fixed about a month ago but when i drove her out the garage i was surprised to see a giant puddle of tranny fluid on the floor. does any one know what this maybee? its a brand new tranny from a store that had zero miles so im baffled

Could be the transmission cooler lines at the radiator, if its leaking in between the engine and transmission its the oil pump seal, at the back which is the extention housing seal and the transmission fluid pan-Investigate
