2007 Chevy HHR ENG PWR REDUCED

I left my ignition on by accident. I was trying to jump start it all fuses are intact it wouldnt startit was choking some how it just wouldn start after a while my bord computer was saying ENG PWR REDUCED what can I do about that a new battery maybe?

Hello , i have sem like this Computer problem in my Car
(2007 Chevy HHR 2,2 Automatic ca 115000 km) :
