2006 Chevy HHR turn indicator

When I put on the right turn indicator, the indicator light flashes quite quickly and the right rear turn indicator light does not flash, the front one does. How do I fix this?

replace the signal bulb in the right rear. signal flashing quickly indicates a fault bulb on that specific side of vehicle.
