2006 Chevy HHR No Power to Fuel Pump

2006 Chevy HHR 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

I am repairing a salvaged 2006 Chevy HHR, but I have no power going to the fule pump./ We jumped the fuel pump and it runs, but when we plug the wires in the fuel pump doesn't run with the key on. We also checked all the fuses, including the relay, still no fire, please help, Thanks
