2006 Chevy Express 2006 Chevy Express Van wont start

Battery is good, neutral safety switch is good, but it wont crank.

anyone know if there is a fuse in all of this and where it is located or which ones to check.

checked all the ones I could think of and still nothing.

any help is appreciated!

Inspect and test all fusible links, starter motor relay. Starter motor and ignition switch assuming the battery condition and connection are good-

Also. The steering wheel isnt locking

Check and test the suggestions above to include the ignition cylinder lock and come back with some testing results
