Engine code check shows catalytic Converter problem. Mechanic turned light off. Said maybe just needed reset. If comes back on, then probably needs repair. Ready to trade it in. Do not want to spend a lot to fix this, if thats the problem. Is it possible to repair the converter in lieu of replacing? Possible a blown fuse in the MIL? Thanks
