Oil pressure is about 60 when cold drops to 40 when warm and even as low as 25 at idle when warm. Oil is fresh and at the level.

Recheck with an oil pressure tester-if its normal replace the oil sending unit. If not there's an internal problem such as a weak oil pump and excessive engine bearing clearances etc.
At idle the oil pump is not turning that fast-should be somewhere 10-15lbs psi at 2K rpm should be 40 plus
