2003 Chevy Express OVERHEATING

i have a van that is overheating when it is working hard like going up hills or slow traffic. It does fine when i start it and just idle. I have replaced the thermostat, water pump, and radiator. can u help me?

Sounds like the radiator fan is not working properly...Just a thought
