Engine is runing rough and service engine soon light is blinking on dash. All plugs, plug wiers, Distributor, distributor cap, rotor, air filter, fuel filter, fuel pump, intake gasket, hydralic lifters, upper water hose, and coolant was replace during a major tune-up less than 200 miles ago. could you please tell me what you think wthis problem is?

What you need to do here is have the computer scanned for code/s light coming on indicates there's a problem within the engine management system, this is your starting point of diagnosis finding out what's going on.

You may need to have it put on a scanner that can watch live misfire data, instead of just a code reader. That code is for a random misfire, but if you can feel it, you may be able to trace it to something that is affecting 1 or 2 cylinders..
