2002CHEVY EXPRESS CARGO VAN.I have to spray starter fluid in air cleaner in order to start van.Van has no power,it acts like the brakes are on when I accelerate.I did a complete tune up on it and it still acts the same way.It idles ok when started but falls on its face whenever I press on the accelerator pedal.I can't even get it up to 55 on the freeway.I have 125,000 miles on it and have never had trouble with it before. What am I missing?Fuel pressure seems to be ok.
