2002 Chevy Express Hard Start

My '02 Express 2500 Cargo Van will not start. We have had three days of hard rains and the truck started and drove fine on Friday. we tried to start it on Monday morning and it will not start. Not a battery issue I think, as it cranks OK. Could this be a water issue somewhere in the Distributor or something?

Check inside the distributor cap for corrosion. If there is corrosion, replace the distributor , cap, and rotor.
