2000 Chevy Express Ventlation

I need to access the ventilation system because the AC will only flow through the defroster and floor on all settings. I need to get to the switch that controls the air flow. I'm not sure if it is electrical or vacuum. Just point me in the right direction. I don't want to take apart a bunch of stuff that I don't need to.

Vacuum controled maybe select switch or actuator
