Electrical problem
2000 Chevy Express V8 Automatic

original fuel pump stopped engaging when turning key. Replaced pump with new. worked a few times now doesn't. Tested for power to pump. seems fine. Replaced pump again along with pigtail. Still pump not engaging. Where should I look now?
