1996 Chevy Express coolant leaking out rear drain line

I have radiator coolant leaking out of a rear drain line by the bumper. what cases this and is there a way to bypass the rear a/c so this does not happen?

Seems rear heater core is leaking remover paneling remove hoses hook together
