Okay since no one had any ideas i went to my local Mechanic and he went for a test drive with me and thought that somthing was rubbing on the brake Disc, He needed it for the day to put on his lift and run the wheels while he was under it. It turned out his intuition was correct. There is a Plate that goes between the wheel hub assembly (no more bearing) and the Nuckle that was slightly bent in and with my rotors starting to warp it was touching causing the metal on metal sound.
