I find no low pressure switch to jump the compressor
to add freon. Can the jump start on this model be done manually or does this have to be done at a dealer through the computer

There's nothing that needs to be jumped, even if it did have a low pressure switch. The compressor would engage as soon as a small amount of refrigerant was in the system. If the system is empty you shouldn't be just adding to it anyway. You have to evacuate all the air out first.
