what is the best battery for my truck ?

Hello,

You primarily want to make sure the battery you will install has a minimum of 600 CCA (cold cranking amps). This the factory recommendation for your Equinox.
Just about all the large national brands of batteries are of very good standard. You really cannot go wrong if you buy the battery from a reputable parts store.
Just so you know the factory battery is made by AcDelco. Which is a GM parts brand.
