red dots and blue dots is there a such thing on these vehicles reguardeing to alinge the brake pads correctly?

I've never heard of such a thing and the repair manual doesn't speak of this either.
The pads should only go on one way and the guide bolt will not bolt back in unless pads on on correctly anyway.
