My turn signal lights on the passenger side won't shut off at all. I checked fuses, turn signal clicker relay, and the turn siganl switch. pulled them all off and the lights stay on. even with the engine completely off and key removed the lights stay on. Nothing shuts them off. I had to remove the bulbs to conserve battery life. the day it happend it was raining so maybe water shorted it? but where?

disconnect the headlamp switch connector,if the light goes out replace the turn signal switch.
