Dear Professionals-
I have had the front struts on my 2005 Equinox replaced within the past couple weeks because they were making creaking noises during driving. The shop I had conduct the repair claims they replaced them with Monroe Reflex struts. These things are very stiff, I can feel every single bump in the road. And when I do hit a bump, the steering wheel wants to jerk to the left and feels as if there is no control there.
This vehicle now drives 10x worse than it originally did, and one would think having new struts would make it drive better.

Is there any known history with this same issue, or any advice you can give? It would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks,
carndt

Put GM struts on it. They are expensive, but will give it that original ride quality.
